An individual associated with the Village of Carpentersville has reported having a confirmed case of COVID-19.
Based on the information reported and reviewed, we do not believe any member of the public had “close contact” with the individual, as defined by the CDC. However, out of an abundance of caution, we are providing this notification. Please understand that because of applicable confidentiality laws, we will not share the diagnosed individual’s name or other personally identifying information.
The Village has worked hard to ensure that all COVID-19 protocols are followed. All individuals who may have had close contact as defined by the CDC were contacted directly by the Village or the Kane County Health Department. If you have not been contacted directly, the Village does not believe you have had close contact with this individual.
