The Fire Department provides fire and emergency medical services to the Village residents and the surrounding Carpentersville and Countryside Fire Protection District.

The members of the Carpentersville Fire Department strive to be role models in the community; will be accountable to those we serve, each other, and any organization with whom we interact; are committed to providing the best public service through quality training, education, and equipment; and will take the fire department into the future through productive teamwork, open and honest communications, and collaborative decision-making throughout the organization.
