The Village Board of Carpentersville is proud to honor Village of Carpentersville residents and/or Village of Carpentersville government employee veterans by displaying patriotic banners on Main Street during the month of November. If you are a resident and/or Village of Carpentersville government employee and a veteran, you are eligible to have a banner created in your honor, free of charge. We encourage all interested veterans and their families to contact Greta Salamando at gsalamando@cville.org by September 13th. Submittals not turned in by this deadline (September 13th) will not be accepted in this year’s program.
The following information will be requested:
1. Name of the service person as it should appear on the banner
2. Years of Service (if known)
3. Branch of military: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard
4. Military headshot to be displayed on the banner (high-resolution photo)
